The Work of Christ

KidSide & KidSide Jr.

Did you know that we have an active and thriving children's ministry available during every service? We are confident that your kids will love it! There are a variety of children's classes meeting on the first and third floor while the main service is taking place.

KidSide Jr. is the place to be for kids aged 3 months – Kindergarten. This is not a babysitting service... your kids will learn that God made them, He loves them, and that Jesus wants to be their friend forever. All KidSide Jr. classes are held downstairs on the first floor. Our volunteers will help you find the right class for your child.

KidSide is an awesome class for all of our Elementary kids in grades 1-5th. This class is designed to teach kids about making wise choices, trusting God, and treating others the way you want to be treated. Kids are invited to come upstairs on the 3rd floor to attend the KidSide class during any one of our 3 weekend services.

Students (6th-8th & 9th - 12th Grade)

We want to invite you to join us for our Middle School or High School classes upstairs. If you're a student in 6-8th grade, or a student in 9-12th grade - we have a group for you! Student ministry classes are taking place every Sunday morning during the 11:15am service. Each week, students attend the beginning of the main service for a time of worship, then students are released to their classes upstairs on the 3rd floor. It's fun and also a great way to get to know other people your age.

Any questions about these classes? Contact Ryan Detzel ryan.detzel@vineyardwestside.com

Counseling

Currently Vineyard Westside does not provide professional counseling. However, we have put together a resource of professional counseling services that we recommend. Check out our recommended professional counseling services.

Sozo Prayer

Sozo is a Greek word used frequently throughout the New Testament that means saved, healed, and delivered.

Many individuals are stuck in a life-style of brokenness that can stem from lies that we have believed about ourselves for years. Others are dealing with situations out of their control. Sozo combines simple Spirit-led prayer and confidential conversation to get to the root of these destructive issues and to bring life-changing truth.

Sozo is not counseling, however, further counseling or mentoring may be encouraged to help continue one’s newly-found freedom.

For more information, or to set up a sozo session email: sozo@vineyardwestside.com
